Dave Kuiper began his career as a commercial banker in 1965. After serving in Vietnam, he returned to Florida and eventually served as a Senior Executive Officer for both small independent banks and regional institutions such as Barnett Banks. In 1987, he founded Forum Financial Group, Inc., a commercial mortgage brokerage and financial advisory firm serving clients nationwide.

The breadth of his experience includes remediation of troubled financial institutions, asset valuation and liquidation, loan sale advisory services and strategic business consulting. His firm's client list includes small business owners, real estate investors, developers, banks, life insurance companies, Wall Street investment firms and government agencies.

During the early 1990s, along with his wife Debi, Dave managed due diligence of more than 20,000 commercial real estate and business loans secured by assets valued in excess of $16 Billion. Most of these assets were securitized or sold in whole loan sales to Wall Street investment firms, life insurance companies and hedge funds.

Dave and Debi have lived in Palm City since 1992, where they continue to operate their financial services business, arranging financing of all types and advising a diverse client list.

Over the years, Dave has served various civic and quasi-governmental organizations in a variety of capacities.
